Daisy Bates, Bates was involved in the NAACP. “The NAACP sent her to photograph and record the failed attempts of local African American children to integrate white schools in the city. ,… she readily agreed to the assignment. Eisenhower did not intended on being the preseident during the civil rights movement. During the 1940's the NAACP attacks segregation stating that "seperate is inhernitly unequal" After this the courtcase Brown V. Board of education is filied on behalf of Linda Brown. Thurgood represents Miss Linda Brown. They win this case and the supreme court rules "seperate educational faciliaties are unequal. This in its self is a postitive outcome for the black community because they want to be treated equally.
